Here you can find the answer to many of your questions. FAQs specifically for children's classes can be found further down the page.

 

FAQ:

• I cannot figure out how to sign up. How do I do it? You must click on the right side of the dance class you like to attend (where it says "Klik her" in pink). Then click on "Opret profil" in the upper left corner to create a profile or "sign in" in the upper right corner, if you already have a profile. If you cannot log in to your profile, click on "Forgot password" and you will recieve a new password by email. If you still have problems signing in, please send us an email to info@elstudio.dk or call us at 20987477.

• Can I pay with MobilePay or in cash? Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payment or MobilePay. We only accept online payment via the website.

• What do I do if I am sick and unable to attend class one day? Unfortunately, we cannot refund if you are sick or cannot participate in the course for another reason. 
   
• I can't find the location of the class, what do I do? You find a guide to how to find and get to different locations at Locations
   
• I can't log in to my profile. How do I do it? Either you can press "forgotten password" when you try to log in or send an email to info@elstudio.dk, then we will reset it for you.

• What clothes should I wear for Twerk? For Twerk we recommend loose pants/shorts and comfortable shoes. If you have knee protectors available, you may bring them with you. 

• What clothes should I wear for Belly dance? For Belly dance we recommend, that you bring a belly dance scarf (those with coins are best, alternatively a normal scarf can be used). Normally we dance barefooted, or with socks.

• What clothes should I wear for Burlesque? For Burlesque it is up to you, if you want to dance in high heels, or socks/soft shoes. We recommend tight fitted clothes. 
   
• Which shoes do you have to wear for Salsa and Bachata? For Salsa and Bachata we recommend soft shoes, that you easily can turn in, and that you do no get stuck to much in the floor. Most participants come in their normal everyday clothes (not sports/training clothes).
   
• I don't have a dance partner. Can I still join the dance classes? YES! You do not have to have a dance partner to dance Cuban Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, Kizomba or Standard Latin. If you come alone, we find a dance partner for you among the other participants - there are many who come alone.
   
• I cannot sign my partner and I up together. What do I do? You have to create a profile each of you, and sign up for the class. You can write in the comment field, that you come as a couple. 
   
• I have never danced Salsa before. Which level do I have to sign up for? If you have never danced Salsa before, you must start on a "Beginner" class (one star). 
   
• I am in doubt about my level. Which class do I start on? You can see our guide to choice of level at "Levels and periods". We always recommend our students to start buying a trial class, to feel if you like the level, the teacher and the style. If you after you start in a class, find out, that the class is too difficult or easy for you, you can always send us an email at info@elstudio.dk, then we will move you to another class.

FAQ especially for children and teen classes:

• Why do I get drawn this month already when the class first start next month? This is because the system is withdrawing from the month you sign up, so you should wait to register for the 1st of the month you start the class. If you registered before you start classes, please write an email to info@elstudio.dk and we will refund the excess amount you have paid.
   
• I try to sign up my child, but it says the age dosen't fit. What do I do? When you create a profile to sign in your child, you must do it with the name and bithday of your child. If you've made a mistake, please write an email to info@elstudio.dk and we'll sort it out for you.
   
• I don't know how to sign my child up for a dance class. What do I do? Try and follow our guide here.
   
• I've payed for membership, but I'm not sure I've signed my child up correctly. What do I do? In order to sign up for a children class, you must create a profile with your childs data and pay a memership fee. You must first pay for the annual membership and then register your child a dance class. You should get a receipt when you've signed up correctly. If you've made a mistake or is not sure, if you've signed up correct, please write an email to info@elstudio.dk.
   
• What do I do if my child is sick and unable to attend a day? Unfortunately, we can not refund if you are ill one day or for another reason can not participate in the course.
   
• Can I enter the class as a parent? We have learned that it interferes with the class, so parents must not be in the room. It is only for the very small children of 2-4 years that it is allowed.
   
• I want to sign out my child. What do I do? Read more under "Payment for out childrens classes" here.
