You do not need a sign-up partner to register, but if you do have one, then you can save money.
Early Bird! Register for the Salsa, Bachata & Latin Summer Camp 2023 until April 2nd and save up to 1000 DKK.
Do you need a sign up partner in order to get a discount and you do not have one, then we can put you on a waiting list. As soon as we get one, we will contact you, so you can register with the discount. It is valid for both sexes. Let us know at info@elstudio.dk
SIGN UP TO TWO CAMPS FOR 2 WEEKS AND SAVE 1000 DKK
Sign up to Salsa, Bachata & Latin Camp and Cuban Salsa Summer Camp, that takes place the week before and save 1000 DKK (You will be refunded this amount on arrival at the camp).
PRICE AND ACOMMODATION OVERVIEW
Prices until April 2nd:
- Single room: 7000 DKK (with a sign-up partner 6000 DKK)
- Double room: 6000 DKK (with a sign-up partner 5000 DKK)
- Tent that you bring yourself: 5000 DKK (with a sign-up partner 4000 DKK)
- Without accommodation: 4000 DKK (with a sign-up partner 3000 DKK)
Most participants choose to stay at Bosei, but you can also participate as a day participant, without staying at the school. You get access to all activities, also afternoon and evening. The price includes the course, breakfast, fruit, and water during the day, lunch, afternoon tea, coffee & cake, dinner and party/dinner the last night.
Prices after April 2nd:
- Single room: 7500 DKK (with a sign-up partner 6500 DKK)
- Double room: 6500 DKK (with a sign-up partner 5500 DKK)
- Tent that you bring yourself: 5500 DKK (with a sign-up partner 4500 DKK)
- Without accommodation: 4500 DKK (with a sign-up partner 3500 DKK)

SPECIAL DEAL THIS WEEK ONLY
Sign-up 5 persons together and one of you will get the camp for free.
We will refund the ticket fee when you arrive at the camp.
1/2 Camp ticket from Sunday to Wednesday 2.pm
Prices includes: course, all activities, accomodation and food
- Single room without sign-up partner : 4500 kr. (with sign-up partner 4000 kr.)
- Double room without sign-up partner: 4000 kr. (with sign-up partner 3500 kr.)
- Tent without sign-up partne: 3000 kr. (with sign-up partner 3500 kr.)
- Without accommodation: 3000 kr. (with sign-up partner 2500 kr.)
*The sign-up partner needs to be of the opposite sex. It is not required that you dance or share accommodation with your sign-up partner. You do not have to sign up together, but it has to be in the same 48 hours.
The course, accommodation and full board are paid directly to Bosei. When you have paid for the course and accommodation, you are signed up. By signing up you are agreeing to us filming and taking photos during the camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of cancellation, the following rules apply: It is a binding registration but for cancellations the latest the 1st of May we charge a 600 DKK administration fee. By cancellations the latest 2 months before, we charge 50% of the full amount. If you cancel later than this, there is no possibility of a refund. In case of illness and the like, we refer to cancellation insurances etc.
DINNER & PARTY
FRIDAY THE 4TH OF august 2023
We end the last day with a big party. This event is open for family and friends. Everyone is welcome. The party is included in the price for the Salsa Camp participants.
Sign up for dinner and party. Price 300 DKK.
Sign up for party. Price 100 DKK.
Dinner, party, accommodation and breakfast the day after 500 DKK (Accommodation is only possible if you bring a tent or can stay with somebody at the camp)
All tickets are valid for one person.
Remember to purchase your ticket well in advance. There is a limited amount of tickets and it's first come first serve.
