The total price:
- 1.200 EUR, approx. 8.900 DKK at a single room.
- 1.000 EUR, approx. 7.400 DKK at double room.

Incl. in the price:

• 10 days Salsa Course, 3 hours classes per day

Excl. in the price:

• Flight ticket
• Afternoon and evening activities: 150 EUR
• Tips to your dance partner: 200 EUR
• Visa: 400 DKK for a visa, approx. 50 EUR

Below are a detailed description and payment methods.

The hotel

During the course, we'll stay at a cosy hotel, 10-15 minutes away from the town centre by car. The lessons take place at the hotel in good rooms with air condition or outside under the palm trees. The hotel has a pool, tennis courts, bowling, a fitness centre, massage, sauna and an internet café (so you can communicate with home), or you can access the hotel Wifi on your phone and enjoy the lovely green surroundings.

It's possible to arrive before the course and to stay after the course has ended. Ekstra nights costs 72 EUR for a single room and 58 EUR for a double room. Both include two meals a day.

After you email us your information, you will receive an invoice and a voucher for the hotel, from the Cuban travel agency "AdaTravel".

Salsa Course

3 hours of daily lessons for 10 days.

Activities

Ekstra activities are included in the program, but you have to pay for them when you get to Cuba are:

• A guided tour to Old Havana
• A salsa concert along with all the Cuban dancers and teachers
• A visit to The National Dance School "La Ena"
• A night out at a salsa disco with the Cuban dancers

These activities have to be paid for on the first day to our tour guide in Cuba. The price is 150 EUR in cash.
It is a unique opportunity as a course participant to come inside The National Dance School and watch them train. We'll take you to a Salsa concert at the Casa de la Musica, along with the Cuban dancers at our school and out dancing at a lovely salsa disco by the sea. Besides that, there will be a trip to the beautiful old town "Old Havana".  
 
In the second week, there aren't scheduled any activities in the afternoons or evenings. The guide will be at the hotel every day and give you suggestions for trips and activities.

Tips: It's mandatory to pay tips in Cuba. To the dance partner, you will have to pay 200 EUR in tips, in cash, on the last day of the course.

Plane ticket

You will have to pay for the plane ticket yourself. A plane ticket to Cuba approx. cost 800 - 1200 EUR, depending on the time of the year. It's a good idea to order your plane ticket months in advance, so you can save some money. Search the internet, we recommend using Momondo or Kilroy Travels.

Remember to pay health insurance, if you need travel insurance.

One week before departure, you will receive a list of participants, so you can see if anyone is travelling on the same plane as you.

Visa to Cuba

A visa is required to travel to Cuba.

In the case of cancellations, the following rules apply: In principle, it is a binding registration, but for cancellations 3 months before, 25% of the fee is charged. At 2 months before, 50% of fee is charged. If you cancel later, there is no possibility of a return. In case of illness and the like we refer to cancellation insurance etc.
