Wellness and Sports massage
We offer both Wellness and Sports Massage and you can book in the following time slot:
Thursday 08.00-17.00
The massage will take place at Blågårdsgade 37, ground floor, 2200 København N.
Wellness massage
Relaxing and stress relieving the upper layers of muscle tissue, good for blood circulation and detoxifying. If you want to escape the daily pressures, we recommend our Wellness massage. This massage is optimal to calm nerves and muscle tensions but also helps circulation and clear your mind. The pressure for this type of massage will be the one desired by the client. The massage includes a facial massage.

Sports massage
Sports massage will be characterized by pressure, will be more intense (always adapted to your preference) and will be combined with stretching and kneading techniques. Excellent to receive it before or after a physical exercise.

Our masseuse Pia is a Physical Education teacher from Chile and has been working as a masseuse in Denmark since 2016.
Pia works to improve peoples health and wellbeing, so they can leave from their treatment with renewed energy to their daily routines.
Shiatsu massage
We have a visit one week every month from the amazing Vicente from Venezuela, which is currently resident in Spain.
