Come and join us this summer at our amazing Dance Camp (week 31) at Idrætshøjskolen Bosei
Do you love to dance in a relaxed atmosphere, where you can meet a lot of new people, who share the same interest as you? If yes, then this camp is the right place to be this summer, you will just love it :)
The højskole is located at Præstø in some beautiful buildings in the middle of nature. They have a lot of facilities, a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and at the Camp you can also have yoga and massage. Prøstø City is only 10 min. in a car, where you can find shops and a beach. It is an hour drive by car from Copenhagen and you can also get there by public transport.
What to expect:
You can choose to participate in 5 hours of workshops and classes per day and in the evening we have talks, activitis and parties.
We will have a lot of different workshops: Dancehall, Reggaetón, Twerk, Afrobeat, Girly Hip Hop, Hip Hop, Dance Mix, Chair Dance, Burlesque, Salsa, Bachata, Lady Style Salsa, Jazz & Modern Dance and much more.
We will also have stretch and yoga, and for those who are interested, there will be an opportunity to play volleyball, Beach Volley, Self Defense technique, CrossFit, Climbing Wall and other sports activities. The fitness centre and swimming pool is open every day and you can also join the Sauna-gus followed by meditation.
Everyone is welcome at the camp regardless your dance level, beginner, improver, intermediate and advanced. The classes will be devided into levels, so everyone will get an amazing experience.
This year we also welcome men and all genders, it use to be only for women. We will divide the workshops some will be for women only, and some for men, women and all genders
