This class is all about YOU. It’s about feeling yourself, being comfortable in your skin and loving every flop and roll. Twerking is an umbrella term used to describe a variety of steps, but boil it down, and it’s a technique. In this class I’ll be teaching the fundamentals of the technique and will put together a combo at the end of the class, with the steps you’ve learned. This class is only open to people who Identify as women or non-binary.
16.00-17.00: DANCEHALL

In this class we’ll focus on the groove and feeling of dancehall/soca. We’ll be learning how to move our hips and find the groove to the sweet caribbean music. We’ll learn some steps and later in the class do a choreography. This class is about the vibes. This class is only open to people who Identify as women or non-binary.
17.00-18.00: HIP HOP

This style is a diverse universe, that’s so much more than only dancing. It’s about style and flavour, about the vibe and the conversations.
In this workshop you’ll learn the basics from bouncing and rocking to more intricate steps. This class will mainly focus on getting you the essence of hiphop and of how the style came to be. This class is open to all genders/gender identities.
All classes are intended for beginners and up, and we’ll take it in a pace that fits the class. Intermediates will also be challenged in these classes, to find their own groove and smoothness and to express their personality.
